Book Reveiw #1!!!! May 15, 2009

Hey Everyone, it’s book reveiw #1! Today I, Tate, will be reveiwing the book Here’s To You, Rachael Robinson by Judy Blume. This book is about a girl named Rachael, who has a brother with learning disabilities. He was at a strict school, but he got suspended. Now he’s living with Rachael (who is 12) and her family, totally wrecking their perfect status, and giving the family loads of stress.

I really enjoyed this book, the companion to Just As Long As We’re Together, which you should read first, but you don’t have to. There was never a dull moment. The only negative comment I have on it is how it is somewhat loosely put together in scenes, and you have a hard time picturing things in your head because of little detail. Other than that, a 4 star book for girls ages 11 and up. Have your mom preveiw it first because of mature content.

Also, I’ve ended my Club Penguin Cheat days. I liked my ’site more the way it was before I started cheat-posting. Sorry, cheat lovers!

PS Keep the comments coming, it lets me know if people are seeing my ’site.

Yum! Tea! May 3, 2009

Many people enjoy the comforts of a fresh mug of tea. In fact, in 1865 William Gladstone said “If you are cool, tea will warm you. If you are too heated, it will cool you.If you are depressed, it will cheer you. If you are excited, it will calm you.” According to the many people around the world who drink tea, what he says is true. Just boil water, drop a tea bag in, add milk or sugar, and you’ve got it! Tea also has multiple health benefits. Popular types of tea include English Breakfast and Camomile. English Breakfast Tea was created in Ireland. Camomile came from a type of wildflower that made mild but delicious tea. With all these reasons why, why are you not dashing for the kettle now? Go drink some tea today!

Over and out!
